RETURN
Returns will only be granted within 30 days of the delivery date and the item(s) is in its original state.
- The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully.

SIZE EXCHANGE
Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused. Each order is eligible for exchange once.

After the package has passed over to the logistic party, the order will be considered a completed transaction. flashjimmy will not be responsible for package loss and package damage due to the courier’s mishandling. Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs or returned back to us.
